1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the FrancMac service, intended for managing the convocations and documents of a lodge. Access to the service is granted on request and after validation; there is no open sign-up.

2. Access to the service

Access is reserved for authorised organisations and individuals, after review of their request. The publisher reserves the right to accept or refuse any request, without having to justify its decision.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for actions taken from their account. The lodge administrator is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for respecting the rights of the individuals concerned.

4. Compliant use

The user undertakes to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, in particular regarding the protection of personal data, and not to divert the service from its purpose.

5. Availability

The publisher strives to ensure the availability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur.

6. Data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
