1. Data controller

The data controller is the publisher of FrancMac (a non-commercial personal project). For any question regarding your data: admin@francmac.fr.

2. Data collected

Through the access request form: name, email address, and any information you choose to provide (lodge name, obedience, orient, role, message).

As part of using the service (for client lodges): identities and contact details of members and guests (first name, last name, email), grades and roles, and responses to convocations.

3. Sensitive data

Membership of a lodge may reveal philosophical convictions, considered sensitive data under Article 9 of the GDPR. This data is processed only on the basis of consent and/or within the activity of the association concerned, and benefits from reinforced protection measures: encryption at rest (AES-256) of first names, last names and emails.

4. Purposes

  • Handle your access request and get back to you.
  • Provide the service: sending convocations, managing responses and members.
  • Ensure the security and proper operation of the service.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Legal basis

Consent (access request), performance of a contract (provision of the service), and legitimate interest (security).

6. Retention period

Access requests: kept for the time needed to process them, then deleted. Service data: kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then deleted or anonymised within 12 months.

7. Hosting

Data is hosted within the European Union, at OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France).

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them: admin@francmac.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

9. Cookies

This showcase site uses no tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
